Terms of Promotional Codes

This document sets forth the terms and conditions of Munus LLC’s Promotional Code Program (“Program”). Participation in this Program constitutes a participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and Munus LLC’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Use of a promotional code (“Code”) is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. Void where prohibited by law.
Participation in the Program is only open to recipients who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are considered authorized participants. The Program is not open to the general public.
All participants are subject to verification by Munus LLC, whose decisions are final and binding. A participant may be unable to use a Code, even if the Program should so indicate, unless and until the participant’s eligibility has been verified. Munus LLC will not be held liable for participant’s ineligibility or non-compliance.
All Codes are subject to verification and validation by Munus LLC before any Codes can be converted into a product. Munus LLC is not responsible for lost, late, expired, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations and/or redemptions, or for Codes that are deactivated or non-redeemable due to fraud, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with Program rules and regulations. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or redemption, Munus LLC will make the final determination.
By acceptance of any Code, the recipient agrees to release Munus LLC, Program service providers, Program corporate sponsors, and their respective parent company, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with the Code or this Program. Munus LLC reserves the right to change, limit, amend or cancel the Program, Codes, and product options at any time, and to extend or amend the ending date of the Program or expiration date of the Codes and change requirements to earn or exchange Codes for products. Munus LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Program should computer viruses, “bugs”, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Munus LLC corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or conduct of the Program. In such an event, Munus LLC will post a notice on the Program website as soon as practical. Munus LLC is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Program. Munus LLC is not responsible for technical, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or deleted computer or network transmissions.
By acceptance of any Code, participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Program or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Code awarded in connection with the Program, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
By acceptance of any Code, participant agrees that personal information will be used in the administration of the Program by the Released Parties. Munus LLC may also disclose personal information to legal authorities to comply with US law.
Codes are not redeemable for cash, are not valid for prior purchases, and may not be returned, credited, or exchanged.
Codes may not be sold, traded, or bartered. Codes may only be used by the intended recipient.
Codes are solely used for promotional purposes as part of an incentive program, rewards program, loyalty program, or another promotional program.
Codes may be redeemed at Munus LLC’s website (www.CardCentral.com).
The expiration of a Code varies by Code. The expiration date is included with the delivery of the Code. If an expiration date is not provided with a Code, the expiration date will be 6 months from the creation of the Code. Munus LLC’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the program.
Munus LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
